Database Installation
 | If you have purchased the Small Business Edition, the following configuration options will not show up in the installation program. Please go to Service Installation. |
1. Choose Database Type
Select the appropriate Database Type from the drop down. Click Next.
 | A pre-configured database of the type selected must exist in order to install and setup the database component |
| A new database must be created if migrating from the 2.x version of Boomi to 3.3.0. |
2. Setup Database Access
Enter settings based on the database type selected in previous step. Click Next.
User – preconfigured user account name
Password – user account password
Database Name – Name of the database
Database Host Name – Name of the machine hosting the database
Database Port Number – Port number of database
