Registration
After you have started the install and accepted the End User's License Agreement, you must register the software prior to continuing with the installation. The registration process can be completed either via HTTP or via email.
1. Enter Serial Number
Locate the product serial number supplied with the CD Media or from Boomi Software. Enter the Serial Number in the Please Enter the Serial Number field. Click Next.
An Invalid serial number will create an error dialog and halt the install process. Contact Technical Support if a valid serial number is not functioning.
2. Enter Server Information
Enter Company Name, Host Name, and Service Identifier. All fields are required.
The Company Name field should match what is provided with the Serial Number information for the particular installation.
The Host Name field is the fully qualified name of the machine, and resolves to an IP address to all machines on the network.
 | The Host Name field cannot contain the IP address '127.0.0.1' or have a name which resolves to '127.0.0.1' (i.e. localhost). |
The Service Identifier is the unique name for the particular Boomi installation. This name identifies the machine on the Boomi applications network.
Click Next.
Company Name, Host Name and Service Identifier information is collected along with the Serial Number and used for registration process.
3. Choose Registration Method
Select Register over the Internet. Click Next.

Select Register via Email. Click Next
