Service Installation

For the Windows 2003, 2000 and XP platforms, you have the option of installing a Windows Service. The Windows Service is installed into the Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services portion of the OS. You can control the startup and shutdown of the Boomi Integration Platform using the installed service.

Click the checkbox to select or de-select the option. Checking this option will install a Windows NT/2000 Service named "Boomi Integration Platform" which enables start/stop of the server from MS Windows Services control panel.
Click Next.

Microsoft Windows only. This option will only appear on Windows platforms that allow for Services to be installed.
